New! Saturday Half Day workshops @ Bath Artists Studios -
Ages 7+: 9.30am – 1.30pm, Ages 11+: 2.30 – 6.30pm
Due to popular demand we have decided to launch a new Saturday group for 7+ and 11+. Our current fortnightly Saturday Art club has been fully booked for a while with quite a few on the waiting list so we have been looking into what we could offer as we don’t like to turn lots of people away!
We will be running half day workshops on one Saturday at the end of a 6 week half term that would include all the work covered in the regular classes. It would be for 4 hours on a Saturday. This would run at the end of every half term so 6 times throughout the year but you could choose to come to all or just one.
We would be exploring a variety of arts and crafts in a real artists’ studio center- drawing, painting, textiles, clay, paper-crafts, print and more.
A great way to spend the weekend having fun, making new friends and learning new creative skills. Pupils will learn new artistic techniques, investigate a number of artists and designers work and creative professions and also get the chance to work towards a special gallery showcase of their work. We also visit the Roper gallery at Bath Artists Studios whenever there is an exhibition running.
