Adult Craft Course @ Bath Artists’ Studios

Autumn Term– Adult Craft Course – 2025   
When: The term dates for the Autumn term are:-
Monday 10th Nov, 17th Nov,
24th Nov, 1st Dec, 8th Dec, 15th Dec.
(6 week term)

Description: A unique course covering a variety of techniques and projects each term -printmaking, mosaics, ceramics, paper-crafts and glass fusing. Projects have an emphasis on having fun, exploring creativity and learning about inspirational artists.  Learn new skills and make new friends along the way in this very relaxed class. Most materials included, all abilities welcome.

No prior experience is necessary. There will be lots of design ideas available but also suitable for those with an arts background looking to try something new or reignite a creative spark!.

Days & Price:

-Every Monday during term time 10.00 – 11.30am
- 6 lessons, 1.5 hours each, charged at £140 with option of paying in two instalments. Trial session available on the first session to test it out!

Half Term 3 Sessions £70

Full Term 6 sessions £140

Where: The Adult Craft Course will run from our studio at Bath Artists’ Studios, The Old Malthouse, Comfortable Place, Upper Bristol Road, Bath BA1 3AJ. The entrance to the studio is in the car park of Bath Artists’ Studios by the Roper Gallery, I will wait outside and take everyone through. If your running late for any reason please don’t worry, just give me a call and I can come and collect you from the front of the building. Please phone 07954363467 if you have any problems. 

The course continues throughout the year.

Tutor: All tutors have many years of experience teaching art classes. Each tutor is fully  CRB checked and has full public liability insurance. The Adult Craft Course tutor has a BA (Hons) Degree in Three Dimensional Design, Glass with Sculpture and Ceramics. The tutor also holds qualified teaching status and an adult teaching qualification.

Parking: There is parking in Victoria Park which is just a short walk away. Alternatively, Charlotte Street car park is approx 5 min walking distance from the studios. There are disabled parking spaces right outside the gallery at Bath Artists’ studios but unfortunately there is no other parking on site.
