Creative Parties for Ages 11 + (turning 11)
£17 per child, minimum of 10 children, 1.5 hour workshop.

An exciting and diverse range of craft activities for a fabulously fun creative Birthday Party! With all parties everyone begins by decorating their own reusable canvas party bags with stencils, fabric pens, ribbons etc. Guests will then be taught various skills & produce fantastic & useful creations to take home as a memory of the special day.

Pencil Case/ Cushion Cover Decorating
Design and decorate a Pencil Case or Cushion Cover using fabric paint, pens, button, stencilling applique and simple sewing to produce a unique and useful item.

Mosaic
Take inspiration from the Romans of Bath to produce a unique mosaic piece of art using colourfull ceramic tesserae tiles. Next create a mosaic notebook using shiny colourful foil tiles.

Clay Creations- Pottery
Explore the variety of fabulous effects you can achieve with air drying clay. Make a clay slab pot for your treasures and decorate with beads, gems and relief.

Clay Creations- Polymer Clay
Use polymer clay to create useful and colourful clay items such as magnets, broaches and hanging decorations.

Paper Crafts- Decopatch & Origami
Discover the fun craft of decopatch- using colourful paper and glue varnish to decorate an item. Chose to decorate a jewelry/money box, animal, vase or let us know if you have a particular item in mind. Next learn origami techniques to create a hanging decoration.

Funky Felt
Use soft merino wool to create a colourful wet felted piece of art.

Arty Canvases
Like a real artist create an arty canvas using painting and Print techniques. Looks great in your bedroom – A one off piece of original art!

You Need To
Arrange the venue and food – whether it’s at your house or a venue of your choice (community hall, youth club, church hall etc)
Provide tables and chairs
Be responsible for children at all times
Provide a £60 deposit (non refundable) on booking the Arty Party

More info……
An Arty Party workshop will last 1.5 hours. Parents often chose to have food after the crafts making the party 2 hours in total . We will need 30 mins before the children arrive to set up and 30 minutes at the end to pack up.

If there are any other themes or activities you would like at your party but do not see in our list, please do let us know and we shall see what we can do! Please note for a bespoke party there may be an additional charge.
