Children’s Easter Holiday Art Club 2017: Ages 7-11

Keep the kids entertained over the holidays by exploring a variety of arts and crafts in a 
real artists studio center- clay, papercrafts, textiles drawing and more. A great way to spend the holidays having fun, making new friends & learning new creative skills. All materials included and all abilities welcome. Please bring a packed lunch.

Children’s Easter Holiday Art Club: Ages 7 -11, 9.30am – 3.30pm
Monday 10 April, £35 – Textiles- Felting& Sewing Use colourful merino wool to create a wet felted piece of art. Learn pattern cutting, applique and sewing skills to create decorated spring time fabric bunting.
Tuesday 11th April, £35 -Paper-crafts and Polymer Clay Learn decopatch and quilling techniques to create a unique and useful storage/ jewelry box. Next learn techniques using polymer clay to create an Easter egg magnet or hanging decoration.
Wednesday 12th April, £35 – Marbling, Watercolours & Weaving Create marbled paper by floating inks on water and use these to create an Easter decoration. Create a self portrait using watercolour painting techniques and learn to weave a basket using colourful rafia.
(Please note those who have covered similar topics at regular classes will have a choice of alternative projects)
