Home Educated Studio Art Club – Mondays Term time, 2-3pm. ages 7-14

A course for home educated students or those not currently in school who would benefit form the classes. Exploring a variety of arts and crafts in a real artists’ studio centre- drawing, painting, textiles, clay, paper-crafts, print and more. A great way to spend time having fun, making new friends and learning new creative skills. Pupils will learn new artistic techniques, investigate a number of artists, designers and creative professions.

New – Adult Craft Course

New Adult Craft Course – Why should the children have all the fun!!!

A unique 6 week course starting on the 10th November 2025. The course covering a variety of techniques and projects each term -printmaking, mosaics, ceramics, paper-crafts and glass fusing. Projects have an emphasis on having fun, exploring creativity and learning about inspirational artists.  Learn new skills and make new friends along the way in this very relaxed class. Most materials included, all abilities welcome.

No prior experience is necessary. There will be lots of design ideas available but also suitable for those with an arts background looking to try something new or reignite a creative spark!.

Future Visions – A Fundraiser Exhibition Celebrating 15 Years! Sunday 29th June

 Future Visions – Children’s Exhibition

At Funky Art House we believe art should be accessible to everyone.

For the past 15 years we have offered a consistent space for pupils to foster creativity, learn new skills, meet like minded people and engage in the wider art community. We have seen how this enriches pupils wellbeing, builds confidence, increases social connections and encourages long term creativity. We would love your help to be able to offer this to everyone interested in art.

We are aiming to fundraise for pupils who wouldn’t otherwise be able to afford to attend. We look forward to seeing you all at the fundraiser exhibition on Sunday 29th June at Bath Artists Studios from 1- 4pm.
We have launched a Go Fund Me page if your able to attend the exhibition we are recommending a minimum donation of £3-£5 per adult (Children free) and for anyone who can’t make it but would still like to support us donations would be very much appreicated! Link below

After School Summer Term Dates!

After School Art Class Dates are now released for the Summer Term!

In the Summer 2025 term we will be working on a larger piece of art which will be showcased in an end of term exhibition in the large Roper Gallery at Bath Artists’ Studios on Sunday 29th June. So it will be a great time to join in!

Textiles Half Term Art Class 2025: Ages 10-16
Wednesday 19th February 2025; 9.30am – 3.30pm. Ages 10-16, £45 @ Bath Artists’ Studios, BA1 3AJ

An Art Course for older children interested in textiles and sewing. Making a lined, zipped pouch (perfect as a pencil case!)

No previous experience needed. All materials included.
