Mindfulness and Art Workshops
Brand new for September!
Its been an extra stressful time recently for parents and children. Its entirely understandable that the pandemic might have left you feeling overwhealmed, frustrated, exhausted and worried about how to best care for your childs wellbeing.
The core objectives of the course are to enhance the general mental, emotional and social wellbeing of children by improving; attention, self-control, self-awareness, emotional regulation, gratitude, self-kindness and kindness to others
Your children will spend a relaxing Sunday learning mindfulness and taking their relaxed mind into mindful art activities. Often we will be exploring process art covering a wide variety of materials including drawing, pattern, painting, print, paper crafts, clay and more alongside mindfulness exercises, games, activities, videos and discussions. Total beginners very welcome, no need to have any previous knowledge of mindfulness or art.
Adult Mindfulness and Art classes coming soon! – We hope to start these in the new year.
